2. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for size-related issues, subject to availability.

Exchanges must be delivered within 7 days.

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refunds
Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Color and Fabric Variations
Please note that slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings and lighting. These do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Fabric texture and prints may vary slightly as part of the handmade or natural dye process.
